Package 1

Vendor Selection and Coordination

• Referrals of reputable vendors, along with feedback from other Brides/Grooms, including photographers, cake bakeries, DJ's, caterers, florists, venues, officiants, hair stylists and much more.
• Guide Bride/Groom in asking informative questions when selecting vendors.
• Advice for making cost effective decisions.
• Assist with contract negotiations.
• Work with selected vendors to ensure they understand the needs and meet the desires of the Bride/Groom.
• Final vendor timeline, contract information and confirmations.

Package 2

Rehearsal and Ceremony Coordination

• Plan the ceremony details and timelines in conjunction with the Bride/Groom and Officiant.
• Choreograph and conduct the wedding ceremony rehearsal.
• Provide coordination before and during the wedding ceremony.
• Ensure that the ceremony site is set-up according to the Bride/Groom's specifications.
• Work with the ceremony vendors and handle all last minute details to ensure a seamless ceremony.

Package 3

Wedding Day Coordination

• Create complete wedding day schedules including a Minute-by-Minute and Vendor Timeline as well as an Event Schedule for the wedding party and involved family.
• Act as a point-of-contact before ceremony and through the reception events.
• Assist with the set-up of the ceremony and reception locations.
• Work with selected vendors to ensure they understand the needs and meet the desires of the Bride/Groom.
• Final vendor timeline, contract information and confirmations.
• Design assistance for wedding announcement, invitation and program, as needed.
• Collect valuable items such as toasting flutes and cake knives and ensure that all gifts are taken to a secure location.
• All services provided with Rehearsal and Ceremony Coordination (Package 2).

Package 4

Complete Wedding Planning and Coordination

• Work with the Bride/Groom to develop a reasonable wedding budget and track expenses.
• Assist Bride/Groom in designing a distinctive wedding by providing ideas for unique flowers, decor, favors and reception events.
• Provide on-going consultation and advice throughout the planning process.
• Attend vendor planning meetings, if requested.
• All services provided with Vendor Selection and Coordination (Package 1) and Wedding Day Coordination (Package 3).
